This was a project based in La Jolla, CA. Our architect first met with the client to render the concept prior to building a new master bedroom remodel and bathroom. The height of that wall is 84″ and the wall is also wrapped in crown molding.
La Jolla is coastal luxury so we had to ensure all finish products matched the existing architecture while having durability for the salt water exposure.
By working closely with our architect and designer we were able to source the best finish products and passing all inspection phases.
Bay Park Remodeling is unique in the sense that many of the building specs. are to keep building height lower so you are not encroaching on the coastal views. This project was scheduled for six months and SJB Construction Inc. was able to complete the project within this time period with only one minor change order due to demolition. Mt. Soledad is a region that requires an experienced contractor to deal with specific permitting and plans. Working for 30 years plus in the area SJB Construction Inc. blended existing legal requirements with clients ideal specifications.
Mt. Soledad is in the La Jolla Community District meaning the coastal board can be very particular.
